We also collect information you provide when setting up your storefront (business name, logo, product listings, social links). We automatically collect analytics data about visits and interactions with your storefront.
We use your information to: (a) provide and operate the Service; (b) process subscription payments via Stripe; (c) display your storefront to buyers; (d) provide you with analytics about your store's performance; (e) send account-related communications (password resets, billing notices).
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripefor payment processing — specifically your email address and business name to create a billing account. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page and never seen or stored by us. Your public storefront information (business name, product listings, social links) is visible to anyone who visits your store URL.
Buyers who visit your storefront are not required to create an account. We collect anonymous analytics events (store visits, product clicks, enquiry clicks) associated with your store, not with individual buyers. No personally identifiable buyer information is stored.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no system is completely secure — use a strong, unique password for your account.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the dashboard.
